You will join YoungWilliams as a Child Support Specialist in Colorado Springs, handling locate, intake, establishment, and enforcement actions. You will work with customers by phone and in person to determine service needs and identify legal issues, ensuring compliance with timelines and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with an office environment and automated systems.
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in human services, case management, or child support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate locate, intake, establishment, enforcement, or interstate actions for paternity and support orders.
• Interview custodial and non-custodial parents to determine service needs.
• Calculate current support amounts and arrears according to guidelines.
• Communicate case status and provide services to customers with confidentiality.
• Maintain case records and ensure timely attendance and accuracy.
