Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in workforce development‑related case management.
• Experience developing and implementing service plans.
• Adept at connecting customers to community resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with providers to ensure Customers progress against their DIRP.
• Conduct outreach and engage Customers in activities.
• Monitor Customer engagement and progress throughout the program.
