Qualifications

• Completion of a Behavioral Health Technician training program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and treatment services for assigned clients.
• Help clients access healthcare, benefits, and community resources.
• Participate in client staffing and implement treatment plans.
• Complete assessments and reassessments under supervision.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supportive counseling and document services using standard formats.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, community agencies, and internal teams.
• Advocate for clients navigating complex healthcare systems.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and other activities.
• Maintain clinical productivity and compliance standards.
