Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring a caregiver for evening and weekend shifts to support individuals with developmental needs. You’ll assist with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants be part of the community and engage in preferred activities.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and reliability in all interactions.
