Job summary

Goodwill Gulf Coast is seeking a Career Navigator in Fort Walton Beach, FL to deliver employment preparation services to clients and coordinate Individual Career Plans. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience with workforce development a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provides employment preparation services to internal and external customers.
• Develops and implements an Individual Career Plan (ICP) for each participant.
• M eets or exceeds program goals and performance measures as established by the funding source, grant and/or supervisor.
• Markets services to the community and partners.
• Maintains participant files and accurate data entry.
