iMold Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth through developing referral networks, engaging with partners, and expanding our restoration services reach. You will cultivate relationships with decision-makers and existing customers to increase referrals and loyalty.

You will identify potential partners, perform targeted outreach, and manage a robust pipeline.

Competenze

• Community-focused mindset with a desire to serve neighbors.
• Ability to build rapport in person, over the phone, via text or social media.
• Experience in online/digital marketing.
• Familiarity with cleaning/restoration industry helpful.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
• Develop and maintain a contact database for potential partners.
• Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.
• Gain commitments from customers leading to referrals for restoration services.
• Engage with plumbers, HVAC contractors, property managers, insurance agents, and realtors.
• Regularly update CRM with notes from customer appointments.
• Perform follow-ups and manage sales pipeline.
