Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Budget Analyst to ensure effective financial management across the organization. You will create and analyze budgets to support decisions and fiscal discipline, prepare monthly reports, and monitor expenditures.

The role oversees grant spending, assists with grant close-out reporting, and maintains compliance with funding requirements while collaborating with leadership and program managers in Southeastern and Central Ohio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis experience required.
• Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge.
• Payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable knowledge preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests for external funding, including grants.
• Prepares comprehensive reports related to budgets, revisions, and performance.
• Participates in operating budgets and budget revisions.
• Reviews and monitors grant expenditures; monitors variances.
• Enters budget amendments and runs queries/reports using Financial Edge or Yardi.
• Ensures compliance with funding requirements and supports grant close-out reporting.
