National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Bilingual Family Advocate to support children and families in the community. The role focuses on advocacy, guardianship assistance, and referrals to essential resources, with travel to family homes as part of intake and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services; MA preferred.
• Advanced Spanish language skills highly required.
• Proficiency with desktops, laptops, smartphones and common software.

Responsibilities

• Advocates for clients and supports guardianship processes.
• Provides in-home supportive services and referrals to community resources.
• Travels to family homes for intakes, safety checks, and fingerprinting.
