UEW Health in Grand Junction, CO seeks an Outreach Benefits Advisor to drive patient growth through relationships with leads and referrals. You’ll educate on EEOICPA and RECA benefits and manage eligibility processes, hitting monthly quotas in outreach and lead generation.

The role emphasizes relationship-based sales, CRM usage, in-person events, and clear communication to retired or disabled energy workers needing support. Comprehensive benefits and a purpose-driven mission are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consultative or relationship-based sales, preferably in Home Health or DOL programs
• Proven track record of building long-term trust with clients
• Empathetic communicator who can explain complex benefit programs clearly

Responsibilities

• Attend in-person, online, and phone appointments.
• Make outbound calls and maintain lead and opportunity data in CRM.
• Convert leads into patients and educate about benefits under EEOICPA/RECA.
• Determine eligibility for services and guide clients through processes.
• Prepare documents and communications for leads.
• Develop relationships with local lead sources to generate new leads.
• Manage the sales process from sourcing to enrollment, ensuring policy compliance.
• Build positive relationships with local sources.
• Monitor sales metrics and data entry in CRM for improvement.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screen as required.
• Perform other duties and adhere to policies.
