Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare in Cincinnati seeks an Outreach Benefits Advisor to drive patient growth through local lead sources and community partnerships. You will be proactive in converting leads to patients and educating them about EEOICPA and RECA benefits, guiding them through eligibility and enrollment with CRM-driven processes.

You will sign new service agreements, navigate paperwork, and thrive on meeting monthly quotas.

Qualifications

2+ years in consultative or relationship-based sales.
Experience in Home Health or DOL programs preferred.
Ability to build long-term trust with clients.
Ability to explain complex benefit programs clearly.
Comfort with in-person events and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Attend in-person, online, and phone appointments.
Make outbound calls and maintain CRM data.
Convert leads into patients.
Explain eligibility for EEOICPA and RECA.
Prepare documents and written communication for leads.
Develop relationships with local lead sources.
Manage the sales process from sourcing to enrollment, ensuring policy compliance.
Maintain positive relationships with lead sources.
Monitor sales metrics and CRM data for improvement.
Pass criminal background check and drug screen as applicable by state.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Adhere to all company policies throughout the sales process.
