United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking a Multi-Channel Outreach Expert to drive patient growth in Michigan. As Outreach Benefits Advisor, you will build relationships with lead sources, convert leads into patients, and guide claimants through EEOICPA and RECA programs, signing new service agreements and helping with paperwork.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally within Home Health, DOL programs, or other service-oriented industries.
• Proven track record of success by building long-term trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-person, online, and phone appointments.
• Make outbound sales calls and manage lead data in CRM.
• Contact, follow up, and convert leads into patients.
• Determine eligibility for services and explain benefits under EEOICPA and RECA.
• Prepare documents and communications with leads.
• Develop relationships with local sources to generate leads.
• Manage the sales process from sourcing to patient enrollment.
• Maintain positive relationships with local lead sources.
• Monitor sales metrics and CRM data for improvement.
• Pass state background checks and drug screenings where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
