Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking a Multi-Channel Outreach Expert to drive patient growth in the Aiken market. As Outreach Benefits Advisor, you will build relationships with lead sources, convert leads into patients, and educate about EEOICPA and RECA benefits.

You’ll sign new service agreements, navigate paperwork, manage CRM data, and meet monthly quotas. This role emphasizes relationship-based selling, in-person outreach, and compassionate guidance through eligibility and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally within Home Health, DOL programs, or other service-oriented industries.
• Proven track record of building long-term trust with clients, not just closing deals.
• Ability to build rapport with a unique audience—retired or disabled energy workers seeking support.
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach and using CRM tools to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-person, online, and phone appointments.
• Make outbound sales calls and maintain CRM lead data.
• Convert leads into patients and determine eligibility for services under EEOICPA and RECA.
• Prepare documents and written communication with leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local lead sources to generate opportunities.
• Manage the sales process from sourcing to enrollment while ensuring policy compliance.
