Job summary

The Family Support Division, Child Support Office in St. Charles County, MO, is seeking a Benefit Program Technician. Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree required.
• Four years of customer services experience OR a bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in typing with high accuracy and ability to use multiple computer programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assess child support needs during phone calls, in-person visits, and online inquiries.
• Assist and guide clients through services such as verifying paternity and establishing orders.
• Enforce and/or modify administrative and judicial child support orders as needed.
• Participate in a six-month training program and ongoing training as required.
