Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent required.
• Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with motor vehicle insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients and facility grounds, conduct safety checks, and communicate with medical staff for attention needs.
• Measure and report vital signs, conduct UDS and pregnancy tests, and comply with company policies.
• Maintain respectful and professional interactions with patients, offering emotional support and referring clinical concerns to therapy staff.
• Share relevant patient information with the Team Leader and Supervisor/Operations Director while collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality care.
• Assist in patient transport, group coordination, and recreational activities; oversee discharge preparations.
