Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to support children and families in home, school, and community settings. As a BHT, you will implement individualized behavior plans, help learners develop communication, social, and daily living skills, and work under a Behavioral Consultant.

No ABA experience? Start at $20.00 an hour, move to $23.00 when you finish ABA training, and never sit around waiting for hours!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 40-hour RBT training provided.
• Experience in paraprofessional roles and related fields is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Teach skills to promote independence and growth.
• Collect data and complete documentation via CentralReach.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
