Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions in Carbon County, PA seeks Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to support children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, help learners gain communication and daily living skills, and document progress under supervision.

We offer paid training, W-2 employment with benefits, and opportunities to advance from BHT to ABA roles while supporting RBT and BCBA growth.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent plus the 40-hour RBT training, we provide it!
• Experience in paraprofessional roles or related fields (e.g., daycare, direct support, youth work, psychology/education) is valued.

No ABA experience? Start at $20.00 an hour, move to $23.00 when you finish ABA training, and never sit around waiting for hours!

YOUR ROLE

As a BHT, you will provide individualized, one-on-one services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. You will help learners develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while implementing individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Behavioral Consultant.

SCHEDULE & OPPORTUNITIES

We have a dedicated staffing team to build your caseload! Our staffing team works with you to identify appropriate cases and build a consistent schedule.

You start only when at least 18 hours a week of cases are ready for you, and our Staffing team builds your schedule!

QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma or equivalent plus the 40-hour RBT training, we provide it!

• Experience in the following fields: Paraprofessionals, daycare teachers, direct support professionals, camp counselors, youth workers, and psychology, education and social work students and new graduates
