Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) in Lehigh County, PA. You will provide one-on-one services to children, supporting communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision.

Eligible candidates start at $20/hour with potential to move to $23/hour after ABA training completion. The company offers W-2 employment, paid training, and career growth toward BCBA/BCBA‑A roles as you progress.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent plus the 40-hour RBT training, we provide it!
• Experience in roles like paraprofessionals, daycare teachers, direct support professionals, camp counselors, youth workers, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Teach meaningful skills that promote independence and growth.
• Collect accurate data and complete documentation promptly through the CentralReach platform.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
