Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus the 40-hour RBT training provided by us.
• Experience as paraprofessional, daycare staff, direct support professional, camp counselor, youth worker, or related fields is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one services to children/adolescents in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Collect accurate data and document promptly in CentralReach.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
