Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions in Lehigh County is seeking a dedicated Behavior Health Technician (BHT) to support children and families in home, school, and community settings. Start at $20/hour, with advancement to $23 after ABA training.

We offer paid training, a W-2 with benefits, support for RBT certification, tuition discounts, PTO, and a company iPad for documentation and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 40-hour RBT training provided by the company.
• Experience as paraprofessional, daycare teacher, direct support professional, camp counselor, youth worker, or related fields.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a BHT, you will provide individualized, one-on-one services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. You will help learners develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while implementing individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Behavioral Consultant.

SCHEDULE & OPPORTUNITIES

We have a dedicated staffing team to build your caseload! Our staffing team works with you to identify appropriate cases and build a consistent schedule.

You start only when at least 18 hours a week of cases are ready for you, and our Staffing team builds your schedule!

QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma or equivalent plus the 40-hour RBT training, we provide it!

• Experience in the following fields: Paraprofessionals, daycare teachers, direct support professionals, camp counselors, youth workers, and psychology, education and social work students and new graduates
