Job summary

No ABA experience? Start at $20 per hour and advance to $23 after ABA training, with paid training, supervision, and a clear path to RBT/BCBA opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 40-hour RBT training (provided).
• Experience as paraprofessional, daycare staff, direct support, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one services to children/adolescents in home, school, and community.
• Implement treatment plans and collect data using CentralReach.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and schools.
