Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health system operations or care coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel) and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for members needing out-of-home behavioral health care.
• Identify appropriate residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of referrals and facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, providers, and care management to ensure timely submission of clinical information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
• Act as a primary contact for providers and internal stakeholders on facility-related questions.
