Qualifikationen

• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the specified region.

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral process, track provider responses, and maintain documentation.

• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
