Job summary

Aspiranet is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Director to lead the Behavioral Health Division in Hanford, CA. This on-site, full-time role oversees program operations, compliance, and staff development, with a focus on quality services for children and families.

The position reports to the Associate Division Director and offers a $90,000-$95,000 annual salary plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Local market adjustments may apply based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as ACSW, AMFT, or APCC is required.
• Master’s Degree in a discipline approved by the Department of Community Care Licensing.
• Three years of full-time social work or casework employment in family or child welfare services, or two years in foster family or adoption agency.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop local annual core program strategic plan and budget.
• Manage core program(s) to operational, contractual, budgetary, and practice standards.
• Operate programming within budgetary limits and complete required financial reporting in a timely and comprehensive manner.
• Complete administrative paperwork on time.

Education

Master’s Degree in a discipline approved by the Department of Community Care Licensing
