Job summary

Aspiranet is seeking a Program Manager (PM I) in Merced, CA to lead behavioral health programs on-site. You will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; oversee budgets and reporting; ensure program quality and compliance with federal, state, and funder requirements.

The role reports to the Program Director and supports strategic planning aligned with agency standards. The PM I will supervise staff and volunteers, manage service delivery, and build partnerships to advance outcomes for youth

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with leadership exposure.
• Intern registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences (AMFT/APCC/ACSW).
• Minimum two years in a related field (community-based, behavioral health, or residential).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily program operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and develop program staff and volunteers.
• Monitor budgets, outcomes, and performance metrics.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and funders.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and funder requirements.

Education

Master’s degree in a related field

Intern registration with BBS (AMFT/APCC/ACSW)

Two years of related field experience
