Job summary

Aspiranet, a California-based nonprofit, seeks a Behavioral Health Program Director to oversee operational, fiscal, and programmatic aspects of one or more core programs in the Behavioral Health division. This on-site leadership role reports to the Associate Division Director and offers a competitive salary with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ACSW, AMFT, or APCC is required.
• Master’s Degree in a discipline approved by the Department of Community Care Licensing.
• Three years of full-time social work or casework in family or child welfare, or two years in foster/adoption.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop local annual core program strategic plan and budget.
• Manage core programs to meet operational, contractual, and budget standards.
• Operate within budget and complete financial reporting on time.
• Maintain documentation (timesheets, schedules, reimbursements) timely.
