Job summary

One Love Agency is seeking a Behavioral Health Medication Management Provider to join our growing behavioral health team in Idaho. You will provide psychiatric medication management for children, adolescents, and adults within a collaborative care model.

This role emphasizes listening before prescribing, coordinating with therapists, case managers, CBRS providers, and community partners to create integrated treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Idaho license (or ability to obtain licensure) as one of: PMHNP, PA-C with psychiatric experience, or Psychiatrist (MD/DO).
• Current DEA registration with prescribing authority.
• Ability to prescribe controlled substances in accordance with Idaho regulations.
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and evidence-based treatment for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric medication management for children, adolescents, and adults receiving behavioral health and addiction treatment.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, CBRS providers, and community partners to create integrated treatment plans.
• Educate clients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, side effects, treatment expectations, and recovery goals.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation that meets agency, payer, IDAPA, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide crisis support and clinical consultation to staff when appropriate.
• Help expand access to psychiatric services within the community.
