Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation in Arizona is seeking a licensed therapist to conduct evidence-based therapy with children and adults. The role includes assessing needs, setting goals, conducting assessments, and maintaining records in accordance with funding and policy requirements.

The position emphasizes crisis intervention, diagnostic assessment using ICD-10 and DSM-5-TR, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Bilingual Spanish preferred; travel may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge across lifespan with trauma-informed practice.
• Ability to interpret DSM-5-TR and ICD-10 criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and multi-tasking in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavioral health needs to set therapy goals at least every 180 days.
• Schedule sessions and obtain necessary consents for treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention when needed.
• Mentor junior therapists and participate in trainings.
