Responsibilities include individual, family, and group sessions, documentation, and collaboration with a clinical team to ensure ethical, compliant care. A valid driver's license and Bachelor’s degree with MHP designation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum two years’ mental health experience.
• MHP designation or equivalent certification.
• Proven ability to document accurately and on time.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to conduct individual, family and group counseling; case management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health rehabilitation services to adults and families.
• Deliver case management, crisis intervention, and counseling.
• Maintain client records per regulations and deadlines.
• Coordinate services with community resources and teams.
• Present workshops and lectures for clients and staff.
• Attend team meetings and participate in recovery planning.
