Job summary

Rosecrance is seeking an on-site Mental Health Professional to provide rehabilitation services and support to adults and families, aiming to decrease hospitalizations and crises. You will deliver individual, family, and group counseling in a therapeutic setting, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and MHP eligibility per IL Rule 132, with strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Must qualify as an MHP per Illinois Rule 132.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Computer proficiency and EHR documentation.
• Team-oriented and independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health rehabilitation services and support to decrease hospitalizations and crises.
• Maintain ethical, legal, and safe care within regulatory standards.
• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling.
• Coordinate services with community resources and others on the care team.
• Complete required documentation within set timeframes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and trainings.
