You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis, follow structured Behavior Support Plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety and growth. Requirements include being at least 18, a high school diploma, English communication, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work directly in a residential setting with individuals needing behavior stabilization.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis and structured Behavior Support Plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safety and skill development.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and supervise participants.
