Job summary

I Am Boundless is seeking a Behavior Technician for its residential treatment program in Ohio. You will work directly with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities in a structured, supportive setting, applying ABA methods and behavior support plans under supervision.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to promote stability and progress for clients.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Work directly in a residential therapeutic setting with individuals needing behavior stabilization.
• Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis and structured Behavior Support Plans as determined for the individual.
• Respond to crisis situations, including self-injury, aggression, and high magnitude disruptive behavior.
