360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive. The role focuses on 1:1 client support and implementing ABA plans under supervision, with a commitment to at least 15 therapy hours weekly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide consistent therapy with at least 15 scheduled hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data.
• Foster learning through structured activities and interactive approaches.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and company policies.
