Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. This role offers the chance to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), teaching essential skills while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children.

With a pay range of $17 to $20, candidates should be passionate, patient, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training is provided, making this a fantastic opportunity to join a committed team.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test (if required).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check is required.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Provide support to children under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
