Job summary

Centriaautism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work with children with autism, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The ideal candidates will need to be patient and compassionate, working in a team environment. Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, and we provide comprehensive training for all employees. Join us to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and social skills.
• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
