Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in school settings, collaborating with teachers to deliver individualized services and monitor progress.

You will monitor behavior, track educational growth, communicate with parents, and reinforce learning using the SESI model. Responsibilities include training staff, data collection, IEP participation, and ABA report writing.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or a graduate of an ABA program and eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in school settings preferred.
• Proven ability with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Facilitate family engagement and provide parent newsletters and access to external supports.
• Collaborate with external partners to support students, families, and staff.
• Observe students, analyze data, and conduct assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK).
• Write ABA reports and provide recommendations to educational teams.
