Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a BCBA to work in diverse school settings, collaborating with teachers to deliver individualized behavioral services and monitor progress. You will reinforce learning, track data, and communicate with families to support student growth.

You will participate in IEP meetings, train staff and families, supervise RBT/BCBA trainees, and contribute to ABA models that enhance academic, social, and behavioral outcomes in students.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must be currently enrolled in or graduating/graduated from an ABA program and in the process or eligible to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst exam
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred
• Proven ability with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel
• Facilitate family engagement (general training, newsletters, access to external supports)
• Collaborate with external partners and providers to support students, families, and staff
• Observe students, analyze data and conduct assessments to increase student success
• Write ABA reports based on observations and recommendations
• Create and model behavior programs/strategies in the school environment
• Help create materials for the educational team to aid student progress
• Collaborate with the team to develop behavior intervention plans
• Review data and provide follow-up consultation and modifications as needed
• Identify and assess behavioral difficulties impacting attendance, academics, and achievement
• Participate in team meetings and IEP conferences
• Present ABA and behavior modification techniques to the team
• Opportunity for RBT, BCBA, BCBA Trainees supervision
