Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with academic, emotional, social, and behavioral needs in school settings nationwide.

You will work with teachers to deliver individualized services, monitor progress, communicate with parents, and reinforce learning through SESI's model. Responsibilities include training school staff, data-driven decision making, collaboration with families and external partners, and providing ABA-based

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or graduated from an ABA program and eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Experience with children/adolescents in a school setting preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Collaborate with families and teachers to support student progress.
• Analyze data from assessments to guide interventions.
• Develop and implement ABA-based behavior plans in classrooms.
• Create instructional materials and visual supports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences.
