Job summary

Ability Builders is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high-quality ABA services on-site in Indiana. You will supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress.

A data-driven, ethical practice and leadership in a multidisciplinary team are essential. Applicants should hold a current BCBA certification, a Master's in a related field, and licensure eligibility in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Indiana.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical decision-making and collaboration within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and monitor behavior intervention plans to drive outcomes.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze data and make timely clinical decisions toward goals.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with families for skill generalization.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams and schools when appropriate.
• Complete documentation meeting BACB, insurance, and company standards.
• Engage in peer review and ongoing professional development.
