Engaging Minds Autism Services in Peru, IN is seeking a Lead BCBA to provide clinical oversight and supervision for RBTs, RRBTs, BCBA/BCABAs, and to maintain a reduced caseload while delivering high-quality ABA therapy. You’ll lead trainings, conduct assessments, create BIPs and transition plans, ensure data-driven decisions, and uphold BACB standards as part of a collaborative, family-centered team.

A BCBA certification, Indiana LBA, and a Master’s in ABA are required; strong communication

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification is required.
• Indiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required.
• Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to RBTs, RRBTs, and BCBA/BCABAs.
• Maintain and support a reduced caseload with client supervision.
• Conduct parent trainings/meetings and oversee program targets.
