Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in Georgia. The successful candidate will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

The role offers flexible schedules, opportunities for professional development, and a strong commitment to client outcomes. Candidates should be within 50 miles of the GA border and possess current BCBA certification and GA licensure.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and must be current.
• GA LBA licensure is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
