Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide remote services to clients across Georgia. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure treatment fidelity while collaborating with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1-2 years of BCBA experience, preferably with children/developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data-driven interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assess and design individualized treatment plans (FBA, skill assessments).
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans by RBTs.
• Supervise and train RBTs and families on behavior management.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Maintain compliant documentation per BACB standards and Georgia regs.
