Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a remote role, providing services to clients across Georgia. You will conduct assessments, design and implement treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. The BCBA must reside in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of BCBA experience, preferably with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• BCBA supervision experience with RBTs is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust interventions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans by RBTs and staff; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to RBTs and training to families and staff.
• Collaborate with other professionals (speech, OT, educators) to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Ensure documentation meets BACB standards and Georgia regulations; complete notes and reports.
