Spectrum of Hope is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead real‑life ABA interventions and supervise a team of RBTs. You will partner with families, set meaningful goals, track progress, and celebrate outcomes, while upholding high ethical standards.

You’ll work with a clinical team that values your perspective, supports professional growth, and prioritizes compassionate family‑centered care. In‑home and center-based services may be part of the role.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and must be current.
• Experience mentoring RBTs and collaborating with families.
• Data-driven progress measurement and ethical care emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and design individualized treatment plans for real-life outcomes.
• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of RBTs.
• Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate wins.
• Ensure care aligns with ABA best practices and ethics.
• Contribute to a clinical team that values insight and voice.
