Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Raleigh, NC seeks a motivated BCaBA to support ongoing ABA services under supervision. You will assist with treatment implementation, data collection, and parent training while collaborating with families and clinical staff to promote client progress.

Under supervision, design and oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and stay current with evidence-based practices. This hybrid role offers growth within a supportive clinical team and compassionate care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience preferred.
• Active BCaBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA or eligibility preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Experience with data collection and behavior intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized ABA programs based on assessments.
• Conduct skills and behavior assessments, including FBAs and preference assessments.
• Train and supervise RBTs to support effective treatment implementation.
• Provide parent training and occasional direct therapy services as needed.
• Analyze clinical data to evaluate progress and recommend treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to support client success.
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed on current research and evidence-based practices within behavior analysis.
