Job summary

ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs. The candidate will conduct assessments, adjust goals, and collaborate with families and cross‑functional teams to drive client success.

The role supports a hybrid work environment with competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development and research involvement. A Master’s in ABA and active MD licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• MD LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience with ABA programs across in-center, in-home, in-school, and in-community settings.
• Experience supervising RBTs and training caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
