Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to reach client sites.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
