Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to design and supervise ABA programs, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, supervising RBTs, collaborating with families and professionals, and maintaining BACB/ PBS ethical standards. Strong leadership and travel to client locations are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client success.
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
