Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a trusted leader in ABA, BCBA-owned and mission-driven, seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure ethical practice under BACB guidelines, while benefiting from flexible scheduling, supervision, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Local/state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements may apply.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.
• Apply PBS principles to meet needs of individuals, families and organizations.
• Develop an organization that attracts engaged professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure ethical guidelines set by BACB and PBS policies.
