Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission‑driven team dedicated to ethical, person‑centered ABA services.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and students, and ensure high‑quality services for clients and families. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Adhere to BACB ethics and PBS policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor team members including RBTs and students.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
