Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services in home, school, and community settings.

As part of PBS, you will supervise and mentor staff, design and oversee intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and ensure BACB compliance while balancing work-life priorities with generous benefits and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reli able transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Providing supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees assigned, family members, and stakeholders who support the clients success
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by the BACB and PBS policies
